Our relationship with the company has gone from strength to strength in recent years, as in 2017 its manufacturing division returned to the UK. This coupled with our location, competitively priced products and a responsive, flexible service has led to Taylor Packaging becoming a key packaging partner.
Initially we supplied the company with cardboard tubes packaging and over the years the company’s packaging requirements have changed to include a broad selection of products including boxes, grip seal bags, printed tape and bespoke packaging solutions.
Acting as an extension of its team, we hold, manage and monitor stock at our distribution centre, helping to reduce its administrative and warehouse burdens. We also work closely with its team to help solve its packaging challenges, for example we provided bespoke boxes which had been printed with the category/ part number so the packing team could easily identify which box to use for the parts – this streamlines the packing process – saving the company valuable time.
We have also been providing consultancy to the company on introducing biodegradable packaging such as air pillows and grip seal bags to its product range. Using our environmental expertise, we have advised on the types of biodegradable and compostable products available to help the company meet its environmental commitment.
