With a high coil capacity for reduced downtime, Oscillated Steel Strapping is a strong, durable steel banding that helps to prevent any movement during transit.
Painted black for rust resistance, steel strapping offers excellent strength and security and has sheared edges to prevent cuts and abrasions. We stock a wide range of steel strapping including the popular widths 13mm, 16mm and 19mm and a variety of breaking strains up to 2040kg.
Ribbon Wound is when each layer is wound directly over the one below so the coil width is the same as the strap. Whilst Oscillation Mill Wound is when the strap is oscillated uniformly and tightly across the width of the 63.5mm (2.5″) core.
