Pacplan® PaperWave® Pillow Films

PaperWave® BIO films are highly developed special films, combining the advantages of paper filling and air cushion film. Air is added to the paper filling, resulting in a reduction in material usage by approx. 85 – 90%.

Designed to produce air-filled cushions, the PaperWave® Pillow Films are compatible with the PWN3, PW1 and PW2 air cushion systems. The film consists of a recycled paper layer and a starch blend, whilst the ultra-thin sealing layer is made of a strong base of recycled biodegradable and compostable bio film. The sealing layer is connected to the recycled paper layer with natural glue.
